Refund policy

Refund Policy -

If you would like to return your product, please contact me within 5 days of delivery via email at rusticsquirrelcandleco@gmail.com.  All products must be unused and in new condition.  Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and I recommend using a track-able method to mail your return. 

Once I receive your return, I will inspect the condition of the product(s) and after approval, I will issue you a refund or replacement.  I will contact you via email when your return is being processed.

If your order arrives damaged, you must send me pictures of the damages via the email address listed above within 5 days of delivery.  I will resolve the issue with either a refund or exchange upon assessing the damages.

Please note that there are no cancellations on orders that have already been processed and shipped.
